The Operations module of OneOcean Ship Management provides the solution. It gives fleet managers a global view of all vessels while also providing detailed digital tools to plan and manage the commercial performance of each and every charter.

In one place, ship managers can manage contract data and agents, oversee schedules, visualise fleet movements, get KPIs (key performance indicators) for every off-hire vessel, check on critical information like upcoming inspections and ports along the voyage, and even create charter invoices. Agents can be given access to scheduling data so they have the latest voyage information.

The system has been designed to be easy for crew on board vessels to access and use relevant information. A lot of design thought has been given to exactly what they need on the ship, and so they have only the information they require, making the applications intuitive and effective.
